- Full Face DOT Helmets, boots and gloves must be worn during any Competition as well as long sleeve shirts and long pants.
- This event will have its own shallow mud pit which will be designed for competition of young children.
Pee Wee Class will be for machines up to 89cc's as determined by the manufacturers' designation. The same rules as the Lite Class will apply and ages are 5-7. The Pee Wee Class will run in a separate mud pit next to the main pit. The parent or guardian of each participant must be present at the event and be prepared to render assistance to the participant should it be needed. By entering this event, parents are certifying that they have inspected the course in advance of the event and that the child is of sufficient age and experience to operate his machine and negotiate the course and release High Lifter, all sponsors, officials and other participants of any liability in connection with accidents or injury that occur in connection with the event.
Junior Class will be for machines 90cc - 125 cc as determined by the manufacturers' designation of that machine. No ATV larger than a 125cc will be allowed to compete in this event. The same rules as the Lite Class will apply and ages are 8-12. The Junior Class will run in a separate mud pit next to the main pit. The parent or guardian of each participant must be present at the event and be prepared to render assistance to the participant should it be needed. Early Teen Class will be for machines up to 450 cc and will include riders 13-15. No ATVs larger than 450 cc will be allowed to compete in this event. This division is NOT an "OPEN CLASS!" The Early Teen Class will run one lap in the mudda-cross pit. The parent or guardian of each participant must be present at the event and be prepared to render assistance to the participant should it be needed. By entering this event, parents are certifying that they have inspected the course in advance of the event and that the child is of sufficient age and experience to operate his machine and negotiate the course and release High Lifter, all sponsors, officials and other participants of any liability in connection with accidents or injury that occur in connection with the event.
Guidelines for these classes are the same as the Lite Class with the exception of ground clearance. The Early Teen Class quads are allowed up to 21" of Ground Clearance. However, they are only allowed standard bolt-on engine mods such as jet kits, air filters, and pipes, etc. Please remember that this event is designed so that younger riders have a chance to feel the adrenaline of competition and is meant to promote healthy riding under these conditions and good sportsmanship for the next generation of mud rider. There is no restriction on tires as long as ATV tires are used, however the machine must be essentially stock to compete. High Lifter reserves the right to exclude any machine that is equipped with any device that would tend to make for unfair competition. ATVs with devices such as paddles will not be permitted to compete. Participants must wear helmets and the parent or guardian of each participant must be present at the event and be prepared to render assistance to the participant should it be needed. By entering this event, parents are certifying that they have inspected the course in advance of the event and that the child is of sufficient age and experience to operate his machine and negotiate the course and release High Lifter, Mud Creek, all sponsors, officials and other participants of any liability in connection with accidents or injury that occur in connection with the event.
Entry fee will be $10.00 per child per class entered.
In the event that any participant is observed operating his machine in an unsafe manner he may be disqualified and excluded from competition. Participants will otherwise operate with the same rules as the adult mud Bogs concerning assistance, boundaries, false starts and pushing of their machines. Depending on the number of entrants in each class, heats will include up to 3 participants per heat.
